Master Data

Master Data are informations which are key to the operation in logistics business. They support the process of data entry during your logistics process. And they save time!

Freight Quotes

When a Customer needs work done e.g transporting from A to B, they would expect to receive a quotation from you. This quotation will incorporate freight prices, sender, consignee details and shipment details. A quotation, once accepted, effectively forms a contract between you and the Customer. Additionally, external users can create a quote and submit it to your company.

Shipments

The shipment entry is the main and central application within e2cargo. Once you have entered your Shipment details, the application will then calculate and provide a report for you to distribute all shipment information to your customer or other parties in the logistics supply chain.

• View Shipments in ascending/descending order or search with specific filter
• Define Pickup and Delivery date and times from / to
• Specify your goods in the shipment details
• One-time customers can be easily entered and you can also create invoices for them
• Freight calculate your shipment
• Create a transport order report for your carrier and print or mail it out

Invoicing

One of the main drivers for us to develop this software was invoicing. e2cargo have designed the program, that by selecting a button the relevant data from the Shipment order will be transferred into a basic invoice format, which then only requires a small amount of final entry before emailing to the relevant recipient.

E-Mail Center

e2cargo provide a set of templates that are used for sending emails, creating orders, quotes and invoices. For Quotes, Shipment Orders and Invoices, e2cargo fills out a standard template in the background. The template contains all the details you have entered, as well as your company logo and details.

• You are able to send a prepared Quote, Shipment Order and Invoice via email if the recipient does not have access to e2cargo. This will be attached in pdf format to the email.
• If all parties involved have access to e2cargo, a standard template email will be sent to the recipient informing them that they have a Quote, Shipment Order or Invoice to action. The recipient can then log into e2cargo and view, edit and action.

Statistics

Keep the overview over your invoices and revenue by using our e2cargo Statistic module.

• Invoicing Statement will list all selected invoices per date range, invoice party etc
• P&L Revenue Statement about all your customers, or for a specific one or a date range
